De passage sur Valence pour affaires. Hotel bien situé, très confortable, bon service.

Très déçue par cet hôtel, tant par vétusté que par la propreté, l'hôtel est figé dans le temps, un beoin urgent de rénovation et de modernisme (j'ai plus l'habitude de posser les portes de l'accueil), quant à la propreté, je ne dit pas que c'est sale, mais je ne m'attendais à des squatteurs (de jolis punaises) dont une a choisi la salle de bain pour dernière demeure. Je suis vraiment déçu par Ibis, je ne m'attendais à ça.

Parkplatz direkt am Haus.Gelände abgeschlossen, allerdings im Servicebereich ( Empfang) Personal keine englisch oder deutsche Sprachausbildung.

Je désirais dîner le soir au restaurant de l'hôtel. J'ai voulu réserver pour 20h. On m'a dit non que ce n'était pas la peine. Mais quand nous sommes arrivés il n yavait plus de place. Il a fallut attendre qu'une table se libère. Pas simple avec une personne handicapée.

Assez vieux, en bordure d'autoroute....personnel agréable.

Positiv ist das Parken vor dem Zimmer, das Gelände ist eingezäunt und am Abend wird das Tor geschlossen, so dass man sich einigermaßen Sicher fühlen kann.

La tranquillité, la piscine, le personnel tjrs a notre écoute. Et la chambre en bungalow plus spacieuse

Property was tricky to locate. Expedia gps directions were incorrect but we located it off the google posting within a few min. Facility is clean and modern. Rooms are clean and updated. Staff was very friendly. I would stay again.

Just a short travel stop, Hotel is ok but we had to pay for the room twice, once through hotels.com and once upon checkout, got a partial refund on the second payment after calling later but not impressed

A little tricky to find, as Google maps took us to the village centre by the Post Office. In fact the hotel is just south of this, on the RN7, only about half a mile. The reception staff were lovely & the room was fine for an overnight stay on our way to the South. We particularly enjoyed the set menu in the grill/restaurant attached to the hotel. Very atmospheric with delightful staff, and the food was excellent value. We’d certainly stay here again.
