If your expectations are low, this hotel will probably not surprise you. The room was bigger than expected and relatively clean. Unfortunately, that is almost the whole positive part.

Parking is advertised as hotel parking, but in reality many spaces seem to be occupied by local cars and nobody controls it. As a hotel guest, you end up driving around and hoping to find something. That should not be the guest’s problem. The reception experience was also strange. The two ladies at the desk looked more focused on looking good for a date than actually running a hotel. Not rude - just completely disconnected from service and organisation. Trying to eat something in the evening became almost surreal: no clear answer, no coordination - just a mess. And when the toilet flush in the room stops working at 11:30 pm, you already know there is realistically no point even trying to solve the issue. After seeing the level of organisation in the parking, reception, and restaurant, you simply accept defeat. Acceptable for a few hours of sleep. Nothing more - and the last time.

Struttura prezzo qualità ottima. Colazione buona.

Unico difetto il parcheggio a pagamento, ma comunque solo alla cifra di 8 CHF

Das Zimmer war etwas beengend, dazu waren die "Aufhänger" und Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleider/Tücher und Néssecaire im Bad knapp bemessen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war überzeugend, ebenso der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel - beides allerdings nicht ganz preisgünstig!

Das Personal zeichnete sich durch eine erstaunlich unterschiedliche Freundlichkeit aus - von zuvorkommend freundlich bis abweisend.
