"Vue splendide, literie confortable et petit déjeuner de première qualité."

Confortable, moderne, propre, personnel très aimable. Literie très confortable. Vue sur la plage fantastique, que ce soit depuis la chambre (avec terrasse) ou depuis le restaurant. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas donné (25€) mais la qualité est très bonne et la vue sur la plage en fait un moment particulièrement agréable.

Rien à reprocher.

l'impressione gradevole in generale, come pure l'accoglienza. Molto bella la sala per la colazione con la vista sul lungomare.

Credo sia mancato un buon coordinamento per il personale che rifa le camere, rientrati in albergo alle tre del pomeriggio, la stanza era come l'abbiamo lasciata. L'addetta ci ha chiesto di farla ma per noi era il solo momento utile per riposarci prima di uscire per la serata. Assente lo spazzolino per il WC in bagno.

"Schöner, erholsamer Aufenthalt"

Unser Zimmer war im 7. Stock mit einem tollen Blick auf's Meer. Die Lage war für unsere Bedürfnisse optimal. Der Playa de Las Canteras zum Bummeln liegt direkt vor der Haustüre. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in Nähe des Mercado de Puerto - ca. 250 m entfernt. Check-In und Check-Out wurden professionell erledigt. Das Housekeeping macht eine Superjob - was für uns wirklich wichtig ist. Sollten wir noch einmal nach Las Palmas reisen, wären wir nicht abgeneigt, dieses Hotel wieder zu buchen.

Was uns wirklich gestört hat, war, dass das Hotel keine Kaffee-/Tee-Zubereitung im Zimmer anbietet. Das ist mittlerweile - zumindest ab einem gewissen Hotel-Niveau - überall Standard. Irritiert hat uns auch, dass wir für das Frühstücks-Büfett, das wir nicht vorab gebucht hatten um flexibel zu sein, 49,80 € (für 2 Personen) bezahlt haben. Wenn bei Booking ein Büfett mit 22 € pro Person angeboten wird und sich dieser Preis im Hotel ändert - durch welchen Aufschlag auch immer - muss das kommuniziert werden.

No puedo valorar todo xq solo estuvimos una noche ,pero la habitación estaba genial ,amplia ,limpia ,cómoda y el hotel tiene muy buena ubicación

Lo que vimos nos gustó mucho y lo recomiendo y por supuesto volveremos y por más días 🙌
