Munkebjerg hotel har den vakreste beliggenheten i skogen, omgitt av en fantastisk park og hage med utrolig flotte blomstrende trær. Mange gruslagte stier rundt hotellet og flotte turmuligheter i naturen rundt. Fantastisk utsikt over Vejlefjorden. Bygningene viser tydelig at dansk arkitektur og byggekvalitet er i en særklasse. Rommet var stort og rent med vakker utsikt rett mot parkens største blomstrende Magnoliatre, og til høyre så man Vejlefjorden fra den lille terrassen. Frokosten er i en klasse for seg. Her kan det velges i alt du kan drømme om og spise mens du nyter utsikten over fjorden.

Det er lett å kose seg på Munkebjerg, og noen kan kanskje kose seg litt for mye. En høylydt samtale og krangel ved inngangen etter klokken 24 var meget forstyrrende, men IKKE hotellets skyld.
