Easy parking very quiet and clean and tidy

Staff and quiet even though the hotel was full.

We requested a baby cot upon our booking and called the property to confirm our request and booking (ps: they dont respond on messages and voicemail, and took me 2hrs to get ahold of them via phone) and they confirmed that we had a cot prepared for our room already. Upon checking in (check in was quick!) we realised the cot isn’t in our room hence we called via the room phone but it was not working! Just kept on going to the receptionist voicemail~ which they never responded to. Hence we needed to walk all the way back to the reception, just for them to give us a heavy baby cot for us to carry back and prepare ourselves! When we got back to our room and tried to set it up, they gave us a broken one. We travelled 5hrs, and just wanted to rest but theres too much inconvenience in the property such as empty shampoo, conditioner, body soap, dirty stained linens, etc. They also dont have guest personal amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. I DONT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. Worst Service

One word - 'filthy'. Kirchen cupboards broken, kettle not working, floorand chair disgustingly dirty. Cannot recommend to stay there. Run down property. Staff try their best, but under-resourced, and overwhelmed.

We've been coming for years - but unfortunately this is the most tired the venue has been. On our arrival, dirty sheets and linen were strewn outside all of the rooms. In our room, the carpet hand't looked like it had been vacuumed for several stays - it was pretty gross. Maybe it was a bad day or week?

Very tired rooms. It had a kitchenette, but no toaster and not enough bowls/spoons etc for our family of 5. A used sponge was provided for washing dishes, yuk! How much would it cost to provide a new sponge or cloth, considering we paid $350 for our 2 night stay. Not hygienic. Would not recommend.
