"My stay in Belfield was destroyed by the overbooking of the hotel"

Unfortunately, I didn’t get my booking room, when I am arrive to the hotel , receptionist apologise and saying that we don’t have any available room, and that situation wasn’t happen only with me it’s around 10 people sleep in a dead night in the lobby, , my experience with this hotel it’s very very bad and unprofessional from the management of the hotel. The old what they can do, they propose to me to stand in the lobby and have a night on the floor.

"Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption"

Trotz Bahnchaos und vieler gestrandeter Passagiere war der Rezeptionist mitten in der Nacht ruhig, zuvorkommend und hat einen auch am nächsten Morgen mit einem Lächeln begrüßt. Mit der Unterkunft war ich voll zufrieden.

"Für uns war das ein völlig unkomplizierter Aufenthalt."

Die Lage des Hotels ist fabelhaft. Bielefelds Alt- und Neustadt sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist modern, sehr sauber und das Personal ist freundlich,

Mein Zimmer lag zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle raus. Eine Linie biegt hier ab und so ist das Quietschen der Bahn eutlich zu hören. Empfindliche Menschen könnte das stören, vorallem wenn das Fenster geöffnet ist.
