Wow! Where do I start? From check-in to check-out, we had a 10/10 fantastic stay. All the employees from the front desk, doormen, maintenance people, and bar staff were welcoming and genuine. We LOVED the rooms. They are spacious, luxurious—yet chic, with super comfortable beds. The location was super with access to both walking options to the main sights as well as the metro. The best part might be that you get this level of service and comfort from a Canadian and family-operated company hotel group with a commitment to sustainability. This is really the best of Canadian hospitality. We stayed as part of our anniversary trip, and would highly recommend this for couples looking for a hip, local, and comfortable downtown stay.

The restaurant doesn't have enough vegetarian options, so we didn't dine in.

Le personnel très aimable et accueillant à chaque fois que nous avons passé la porte d'entrée de l'hôtel, les chambres spacieuses, les équipements à disposition au top, le nettoyage de la chambre toujours fait très rapidement par la dame qui s'en est chargé, la salle de sport plutôt pratique. Nous avons été très satisfait de notre séjour dans cet hôtel.

We liked many things! Location is convenient to places we liked, room was large and comfortable, staff was friendly considering early hours of breakfast and Annie (concierge) was so helpful and knowledgeable with recommendations for what we needed. Oh and quiet, no noisy people next to us.

Our stay was pretty much perfect! Except for the small inconvenience of asking 3 times for our towels to be brought up to our room.
