Comfort Inn & Suites Seattle North

The staff was amazing, they were so nice and helpful. We were on the second floor, and the floor above was so squeaky that we could hear every time people walked. It would even wake us up. I'm not a fan of the homelessness around the hotel. That, however, is a city problem, not the fault of the hotel. The hotel did have a locking gate and a fence to keep the property clear of them.

I would use this property again but in a different location but over all i liked wear i stayed.

Lynwood is beautiful

Management was rude and rooms were dirty and not upkept.

The service especially the front desk was great especially Lotus. Unfortunately there was some obvious prostitution in the area that cheapened the experience. Not what we expected.

The beds were comfortable and there was AC in the rooms.

Honestly didn’t feel like the safest part of Seattle. We went to a concert and got back around midnight, driving back to the hotel there was a lot of activity (prostitution all along the street & drug use). The hotel has a gate which was closed and we had to call to have it open (never told to us when we checked in). There was also a pet fee which was not mentioned anywhere when booking (and I selected a pet friendly option). I also want to note how warm the hallways and lobby was, they had a fan going but muggy. There was also no stairway access to get to rooms, only elevator access. Also no ice on the floor that we stayed on.

We had a good first experience at this hotel. Happy since we will be visiting often. Surprisingly quiet. Friendly staff. Access to parking. We will be back!
