Room size was ok and new

The staff was rude, and the key cards frequently didn’t work. Late at night, there was nobody available to open the main door, leaving us stranded outside with two sleeping children in the cold. Although the rooms appeared newly renovated, they were neither clean nor fully finished. For example, the shower gel was placed at the sink instead of inside the shower area, forcing us to keep it on the floor while showering. There was also no telephone in the room to contact reception, so we had to go downstairs even for minor requests. Overall we didn’t have a good experience.

Repas trop chers

Double room with adjoining doors was really great. Beds were comfy. Nice plugs for charging phones. Good hot water. Feelings of safety. Nice staff.

The heat did not work in one room so we had to move rooms. Also the lobby smelled like toilet for some reason. No free shuttle service to airport.

L’emplacement.

Les équipements dans la chambre, la chasse d’eau ne fonctionnait pas et il manquait une lampe de chevet. Du coup, on avait pas assez de lumière dans la chambre. Et malgré le signalement de ce problème, aucune solution n’a été proposée malheureusement.
