"Delightful Front Desk Clerk"

As soon as entering I loved the cleanliness of the hotel. Honestly, I didn’t expect such exceptional customer service from the staff at Double Tree Inn. The young man at the front desk was so delightful. I believe his name was Kyree. Because of him I’m definitely returning.

My stay was great! Immediately upon checking in we were met at the desk by a young man named Kyree. He was extremely helpful and kind to us throughout the process. After completing check in, we went to our room which was clean and comfortable. Will be booking here again when we are back near Kenosha!

Kyree at the front desk was so friendly and nice and the cookies were sensational! Bed was a little stiff but room was clean and they gave me extra pillows! Will make sure to come back!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Doubletree Inn. Rooms were spacious, nice, and the complimentary cookie was delicious! Most of all Kyree made our stay extraordinary. He was extremely attentive and resolved all of our issues promptly. Kyree brought our stay from a 3/5 to a 5/5.

The staff provided exceptional service—every team member was warm, attentive, and truly professional. A special shoutout to Manager Ryan Dasalla, whose leadership and professionalism are clearly reflected throughout the entire hotel. Ryan went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and it made a huge difference in the quality of my stay. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and comfortable, making it the ideal place to stay whenever I visit the area. I will definitely be returning each time I’m in town. Highly recommended
