Excellente localisation. Attention malgré tout au couloir aerien qui nuit à la quiétude du lieu. Hôtel confortable mais cependant pas à la hauteur d un 5 étoiles ni du tarif affiché. Le personnel de service piscine un peu trop familier.

Un très bon accueil et un hôtel très bien situé ! Un personnel aimable et au petit soin ! Le petit déjeuner en chambre est bon mais assez limité en terme de choix compris dans le tarif (trop de mets en suppléments). Une bonne adresse pour des vacances tout confort !

"景色が素晴らしい"

バルコニー付きのお部屋を選んだが、隣のバルコニーから丸見えでプライバシーがなく、ほとんど利用できなかった。 5つ星ホテルにしては、サービスが少々十分でなかったと感じる

Magnifique vue et couché de soleil. Chambre à rafraîchir (cadre fenêtre) et salle de bain. Isolé donc tranquille mais pas de navette ou véhicule dispo pour aller "en ville"

Personnel très aimable et à l’écoute . Bel emplacement , très bon séjour . Un petit bémol pour le plagiste qui faisant fi de notre présence enleve avec fracas les fauteuils de la plage à 15h40 sans un mot ! On aurait apprécié un petit mot d’explication et de respect .

"Disappointing 5-Star"

The spa change room was dirty, the massage therapist does not know what deep tissue requires, pillows in the Bar chairs have torn seems, our room was not ready, our friend in the spa was asked to return to her room to put on a robe. The chairs in Bar have more relevance to design than for comfort. Etc.

Tout nous a plus, le personnel très très sympathique, les chambres, superbes, le restaurant: nous nous sommes véritablement régalés, la situation de l'hôtel, on ne peut pas mieux. Le seul petit bémol: il n'y a pas assez de choix de poissons sur la carte. SUPERBE
