"Will never book and reserve a room through Booking.com again."

The charge went through on Booking.com but when I got to the property it wasn't showing that I had paid for my room and wanted to provide another card to put on file for the room.

Front desk customer service was horrible and she did not try to help me resolve my problem.

The price and right off the interstate

It looked like the property was in disrepair. The ice machine was open and exposed to the ice. The mechanism to dispense was broken. Door handle loose, water build up on sink, stains in sink, light switch didn’t work all of the time.
