"Good problem solving"

Although we booked a non smoking room, we got a smoking room. But staff was so embarrassed and apologized and tried to make The room smell better. IT was The last room so we had in fact no choice. We accepted and in the end we had a very pleasant stay. Clean, friendly, good restaurant

"Die Lage des Hotels ist gut."

Für ein Hotel mit 3 Sternen erwarte ich einen besseren Zustand des Zimmers und eine bessere Grundsauberkeit. Ansonsten war alles gut und alle waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut und im Selbstebdienungsrestaurant grundsätzlich auch, ausser dass es dort etwas fad war.

Affreux, du bruit toute la nuit , plus de gel douche serviette non changer, déjeuner épouvantable trop cher pour la qualité. Problème au niveau de la facturation

Nous y avons passé 3 nuits, tout s'est bien passé. Cet hotel Ibis est sur une aire d'autoroute, ne vous inquiétez pas vous n'entendez rien du tout, les murs anti-bruit de l'autoroute foncionnent à merveille.
