"Inadmissible de ne pas contrôler les chambres"

Inadmissible, la porte de la chambre ne fermait pas, du coup, la réceptionniste n a pas put nous changer de chambre car c était complet. Elle nous a proposé de dormir la porte ou d aller voir ailleurs !!! De plus , il faudrait preciser que les places de parking sont limitées au regard de la taille de l hôtel

Ne pouvant pas dormir dans la chambre faite de sécurité, j ai réservé danym urgence un autre hôtel
