Superior Inn Hotel and Conference Centre Thunder Bay

It’s fairly close to the airport. Has a nice restaurant with good food. The room was clean, beds comfortable.

The hallway carpets were vacuumed but dirty looking. The air conditioner was noisy and I couldn’t adjust the room temperature.

I love that the staff was really helpful, friendly, and accommodated us fast. The room is really spacious and has everything you need for your stay. I love that the restaurant has really yummy food. I definitely love the early check-in and the late check-out option because it adapted perfectly to our schedule. Thank you, guys, I will definitely come back.

Unfortunately, I found the pool was dirty and cold. The pool doesn't have a heater, though, and the sauna was dirty as well, so that wasn't great. But overall, the hotel is a 9/10.

Everything was exactly as expected. There was no discrepancy from booking.com to the hotel whatsoever, which I enjoy and feel should be the standard. Clean, spacious, quiet. Everything you need for a hotel stay. They also gave pet treats as I checked in which I found extremely nice and thoughtful. (Above & beyond) which is rare to see these days in the hospitality industry.

The only inconvenience I could possibly think of would be the fact that the only doors you can enter/exit on a regular basis are the front doors. ( I understand there are probably security risks/concerns and thats probably why it's the case. Just inconvenient when my room was in a far corner and there is a staircase right beside my room which I could've used to unload my stuff, and animals more conveniently).
