We really enjoyed our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Asheville. The staff was wonderful, attentive, welcoming, and always available to help with questions. While the property is a bit dated and could use some updates, the excellent location and great price more than made up for it. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the bed and bedding were. We stayed for two nights and loved being within walking distance of everything downtown Asheville has to offer. One highlight was the Street City Market, we could even watch it being set up early Saturday morning from our hotel window. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Rented a king room for 2 nights and toilet wouldn't flush correctly, requested to be moved to a room with a toilet working correctly for the 2nd night and they put us in a queen room but did not have a microwave like the king I paid for! Also no breakfast but they have a small restaurant attached to motel with breakfast bar for 15.99 So not worth it!

Not a lot ! Location was ok

The staff on reception were the rudest I have ever encountered checking in They were miserable, rude and totally unprofessional. The hotel is tired our room was so noisy all night it was next to some kind of generator hotel staff dismissive and not interested.

Convenient location with plenty of freedom parking. Staff was really nice.

Outdated, old. One bedside lamp didn’t work and neither did the little device charging station. The wall outlets were so loose, my phone charging block kept falling out. The power strip on the other side of the bed looked like it was from the 80s, was also loose, and made things flicker every time you touched it.
