There's nothings that I liked the bedding and towels were stuffy and dirty

I was very disappointed with the lack of transparency in the booking process. The price first showed as R562.50, but only after payment did I see extra charges for cleaning and electricity. The deposit was also not mentioned upfront. On top of that, despite asking twice, I never received an invoice, which left me scrambling to urgently send cash via eWallet to my guest — a very embarrassing situation. In future, all charges (cleaning, electricity, deposit, etc.) should be shown clearly before confirming the booking, with a full cost breakdown, so guests can make an informed decision. Transparency and upfront communication would make the experience much smoother.

Lots of lights not working; no instructions on how to use appliance; blind could not be raised as the motor was broken; extractor fan in bathroom not working; no dishes for microwave (no other way of cooking); no drying cloths; missing drinking reported but not replaced; no supply of tea bags, sugar or coffee. No door to the bathroom/toilet for privacy.

I like everything about the area, it's very peaceful. The unit was clean and the bed is very comfortable.
