"Great location with friendly staff"

Staff were very friendly and super helpful and location was fantastic. Our room was a nice size, but the storage was definitely an issue fast.

The gym is ridiculously small and doesn’t provide much for one hoping to work out whilst staying for the price per night and the calibre of people who stay here. I think this needs to be addressed immediately bigger room better facilities also in the rooms the cupboard space was not sufficient to house our clothing for a three night stay when you look at jackets shirts dresses etc. We had no room to hang everything. There was nowhere to fold clothes and have these available. This should be looked.

"A very comfortable, enjoyable and convenient stay."

Room - a good size and comfortable. View - the hotel provided a free upgrade to a higher floor so the view was excellent. Buffet breakfast - was excellent quality and variety. Staff - very friendly and helpful and provided a complimentary glass of champagne on arrival. Irina - our room attendant on floor 15 did a wonderful job and was friendly and helpful/

Free wi-fi was complicated and a chore to obtain as we had to create an account and then log in with ACCOR.
