We had travelled all day hoping to get into our room at 2:00pm even though your check inn is 3:oo pm I though we might be lucky but there seemed to be a strict time for check inn I wasn't sure if the room was ready or weather its was just your set time and no one would be allowed to go to the room until 3:00pm, also it would be nice to have a ramp for the stairs near the lift this would make it a easier for older ones with luggage, I was told that the parking was an independent party but it would be great if you could mention this to them

Great friendly and attentive service, great clean room with very nice details. Great location.

The only thing we could suggest is heat the big pool too for the cooler months. A real first world problem.

"A lovely hotel for a coastal stay"

The location is excellent and the room clean with all facilities in order. We had a balcony which was beautifully overlooking the city and a little water. The family and I only stayed for one night but the bed was very comfortable and room met the five star standards.

We did have a little miscalculation of the bill at the checkout but the staff then fixed it very quickly over the phone.
