"Horrible and disappointing"

The staff at the front desk were disrespectful and rude . The lady at night the lady in the mornings had racist attitude and the man in the back office from front desk was rude and had the same racist communication. The only thing good was the man who has been there 12 years I believe is a ground keeper and the lady from the kitchen and the black guy who cleaned the rooms. The waffles and breakfast compliments were very good. The 2 Indian ladies at front desk Were rude and unfriendly and unprofessional

Nicer friendlier and engaging people working and greeting people.. cleaner carpets

Cereal and waffles for breakfast. Yogurt. Orange juice and coffee good. Filtered water to replenish water bottles all day. Bed comfortable.

Due to the weather, swimming pool water was hot.
