Great place to stay

Owners have not maintained or upgraded the property. Therefore they charge far less than most other properties based on Hotels.com pricing. The continental breakfast was bleak, a clear attempt to keep costs down.

The breakfast was minimal as people have said before. The motel had no vacancies left but honestly if everyone that stayed in hotel ate I wonder if they would have had enough food. Paying $153 a night to see tang, toast, and cereal and calling that a continental breakfast. Not adequate.

Rooms were okay. Had trouble finding main entrance to lobby, no signage

I was not able to make my hotel stay. I tried to cancel but it was not refundable The new Hotels.com policies for non-refundable reservations is horrible. I am questioning why I am continuing to use your services. The amount of $ paid back for loyalty isn’t worth the hassle of dealing with issues. This is the second time in a row that I have had problems and the use of the AI agent is nothing but frustrating

Room was dirty and shower had mildew.

Every thing was good

Older place beds were comfortable Breakfast needs a little work

The room could have used a little TLC, but if you are just wanting a place to lay your head for a few minutes. You have found the right place.

Room was nice enough but the halls smelled of old cigarette smoke even tho it is a non smoking facility now. Very limited breakfast options and nothing in the vending machine. It was inexpensive and I liked the River park across the street.
