Vicki at the front desk was amazing.

You can hear people in the hallway. Poor sound insulation.

Location was great in between both my parents by 20 minutes would stay again in near future

I didn't like when checking in I was almost double paying i paid through booking.com more attention on looking through entire file would be best just a tip for good habit

Excellent location. There are many restaurants nearby. All in walking distance. Room was spacious and friendly staff.

We got a room at basement level (Which I didn’t know that there is a basement level). We couldn’t get any natural light and fresh air. That was a bit disappointing. Bathroom was a bit smelly and the shower head was a bit blocked that made lower water flow.

Some of the club member took up the whirlpool for over an hr we gave up waiting for a turn There is no ramps to bring baggae carts in!! Dropped my stuff all over parking lot trying to get cart over curb

There was almost a 6 inch gap from the wall to the barn door for the bathroom. Day goodbye to any bathroom privacy! The room was clean and comfortable but had a very odd smell.

They give room in basement with no windows, heat did not work

Location was great and staff very accomodating.

I booked the cheapest room I could find online at the hotel and got what I paid for. Next time I will spend the money and stay at the Sheraton which looked much nicer. My room had been sprayed with a fragrance that was overpowering and the walls were paper thin. I could hear the next door people clearly.
