"Un hotel à renover"

Des chamnres qui mériteraient un grop coup de neuf. L'effort a ete mis sur le hall d'entrée mais les chambres sont clairement vétustes et démodées

Bonne situation, en centre ville avec un petit parking. Malheureusement pas de restaurant sur place, mais des plats préparés sont tous de meme proposés. Par contre point de vu propreté, soit je suis mal tombé, soit c'est pas digne d'un Ibis. Sol sale, poussières non faite, et j'ai retrouvé un masque dans ma chambre sous le lit !! Formation menage et COVID à faire. Pour ma part, l'Ibis Agen c'est la premierr et dernière fois.

Une direction quine respecte pas ses engagements Annulation brutale de la resa , payée en totalité et toujours pas remboursée Une direction qui n est pas professionnelle... mais se « gargarise bien avec l argent du client «
