Had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza Solihull. The hotel is exceptionally clean throughout, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I had lunch at the restaurant and received fantastic service from Anca, who went above and beyond to look after me. Clean rooms, great location, and top-tier staff. Will definitely stay here again!

"Perfect weekend getaway"

Staff were so kind and welcoming and we were given a card with free drinks voucher as it was our anniversary which was such a nice touch. The room was huge, the bed was huge. Lovely bedding, gorgeous scented shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The room had door onto terrace which was lovely especially as we had sunshine. Was perfect anniversary getaway.

My only downside was in the lounge you have food brought out at 6pm we went 6:20 and only 2 hot potato and wasn’t replenished. The food was lovely and drinks nice and chilled.
