Executive Hotel Vancouver Airport

The staff at Hues Boutique Hotel are excellent, especially Cealopatra and Loraine, who provided outstanding customer service during check-in. Also very happy to see iditi she is back to Hues hotel She is excellent customer service.

I am disappointed with the parking policy. Parking used to be free for hotel guests, but now it is less convenient and costs AED 20 per day. I believe hotel guests should receive complimentary parking, with the hotel covering this cost. Guests staying at the hotel should be given priority and convenience, as they are an important part of the hotel’s success. I hope management will reconsider this policy.

Clean and friendly with good breakfast and easy pay parking. Outside of the big city bustle. The bell captain Rahel was great and the desk people very nice. Breakfast is in the adjacent pub. It was good.

The hotel is designed for conventions and quite spread out. We booked a standard room and were literally 4 walking blocks and 8 flights away from our travel companions who booked a suite. They were put high on the executive tower which is much newer but a not sterile feeling. In our room neither the refrigerator nor the safe worked and though we reported them, they were never dealt with. This is an older hotel in decent shape but aging. The pool was in one wing, the hot tub and fitness center far far away. A 10 min walk and long elevator ride - up near our friends' sir. But they didn't like the long walk to the pool.
