Quality Inn & Suites Southport

we stayed for an event at Lucas stadium staff was was good, first room was horrible blood on wall, and one of the beds unmade no pillow cases staff switched rooms right away and apologized 2nd room decent floors sticky and not swept beds decent hard, and bathroom had no vent but cleaned enough, its not a 5 star hotel but reasonable for a one night stay. pool seemed to be up and running didnt use, breakfast seemed ok we decided not to eat no fruit, had waffle maker some yogurt you get what you paid for ran down needs tons of updating bed covers mattress covers torn mattresses old and stained sheets were clean though.

Nice and quiet. Convenient to restaurants and the interstate. Clean room and bathroom.

Certainly not the cleanest or most accomodating property. Asked for extra towels since we only had two small towels and two hand towels for a jetted tub king “suite” room, and were told there was “an adequate amount of towels in every room”. There were stains on our sheets, on the floor, on the mattress (without a pad/protector!), in the tub, on the counters, pretty much everywhere. Our sheets had holes in them, and really weren’t great outside of that. We didn’t feel comfortable turning the jets on in the tub due to the aforementioned cleanliness issues. But, it was a semi-cheap room for the nights we needed it. Easy to get into Indy. If you want somewhere to stay with little else but decent access to get downtown if you’re driving, then this would work. If you want literally any frills where you stay, then avoid this place.

Could be a little cleaner..

The setting was beautiful, and the breakfast in the morning was excellent with your selections.

Sadly this was a disappointment- pool was out of service , motel was old and somewhat dirty, Only bathroom in room- light was out- i had to take a shower in the dark- hair dryer smelled as if it was about to catch on fire

Best amenity is a pool which is closed because the heater is broken, 90 bucks for a dump 2 star motel

This place was a dump! The pool was out of service, the sheets were blood stained, the floor hadn't been swept. The condition and cleanliness was unbelievably bad. Worst I've ever seen. The front desk clerk possibly manager explained she shouldn't expect a clean room at this price point. DID NOT STAY!

good bang for the buck. Cheap place to lay your head. Toilet paper holder was broken along with tissue holder. The tub had a lot of the finish chipped off of it. Needs some work.

The swimming pool was freezing and the area stunk. I had put on white socks after my bath, and within minutes they were filthy from the dirty floor.
