I love the jet bath tub. And the hotel is very accessible to the downtown. Breakfast is included. i love the old english accent of the hotel.

Very small rooms, but comfy bed. Breakfast is very very poor. Staff nice. Central location but very close to one of the worst parts of the city with lots of homeless people.
Stayed here for a night in the SF. Service desk was frustrating. Guest told us to just park outside, there was no parking. We would’ve had to double park. We were two rooms, expecting them to be together, nope different floors. The card key for one of the rooms didn’t work, instead we had to go back down stairs and were given an actual key. The front desk person was inpatient and rude. The rooms were old and grungy. We picked this hotel because it offered a European vibe. The sink in our bathroom was cracked and falling off the wall, there was mold above the shower. The house cleaners spray a lot of room spray to make it smell clean. The beds are spring and squeak anytime anyone moves. The continental breakfast was sliced bread, cereal and yogurt. All in all, we won’t be staying here again.
The price is great for the location, but the facilities and maintenance need work. There is no air conditioning, which even in July in San Francisco is not at all needed, but one needs air. The windows open a few inches. They need to get new windows. Maintenance: My first morning I reported a clogged sink drain. When I left the second morning it had not been fixed.

We had joyfull time here. The room was a bit small but the bed was comfortable. Staff was nice and helpfull. Good location and complementary breakfast.
