I have read a lot of bad reviews for this motel. We did not have any negative issues. The facility has been renovated recently. The room was clean, staff friendly, and location is within a 15 minute drive to both the Clyde Theater and Sweetwater performance pavilion. 2nd stay at this motel and will definitely use again.

The location is next to a strip club, the hallways smelt of both tobacco products and marijuana. A guy and I assume his lady friend got into an argument and she locked him out of the room and he screamed outside her door for 10 minutes. I could hear the guy snoring in the next room so the walls are clearly thin. The bathroom door frame was so old the wood was rotten and missing in places and would not stay closed. The floors and walls were dirty and the toilet barely flushed and required several attempts. The bathroom looked so dirty that we didn’t even shower. The area besides the strip club also seemed unsafe and there was many closed down businesses that was boarded up.

"Health Hazard Disguised as a Hotel"

This was probably the most disgusting hotel ive Absolutely disgusting experience. I booked two rooms for a business trip—paid in full—and instantly regretted it. As soon as we hit the second floor, the stench was unbearable. It reeked like something died in the walls. Inside the rooms, it got worse. Under a blacklight, the place was filthy—stains and splatter on the walls, pillows, and sheets. Multiple hairs in both beds. Feces around the toilets. The sprinkler system was literally hanging out of the ceiling like it hadn’t been touched in years. This place is sandwiched between two sketchy strip clubs and surrounded by truck stops. Nothing about it felt clean or safe. This wasn’t just dirty—it was neglect on a whole other level. Avoid this dump at all costs.
