Very good location, friendly quick check-in, clean. Easy to find despite construction nearby. Comfortable bed, modern room. I left luggage for the day, seamless service. Nice tea/coffee selection in the room.

Fantastic experience at check in and check out - I regret not getting my clerk’s name, but he was extremely helpful and friendly both times. The location was excellent, close to food options and a short walk from Centre Bell. My room was comfortable and clean and contained all of the essentials I might need. I would stay here again.

One of the elevators was out of service for the majority of my stay, making it challenging to travel between floors especially during high traffic times as stairwells weren’t clearly marked. There was also an alarm activation twice during the night of my one night stay, approximately 5 minutes each time, I think a fire alarm? Though I recognize there is little that the hotel could do about this, and I appreciate the existence of alarms. I also found the room quite dark even with all available lights turned on.
