PLHotel położony niedaleko centrum historycznego. Do metra 1-2 przystanki tramwajowe lub spacer ok. 10 minut. Pokój duży, przestronny, swobodnie można było się po nim poruszać. Śniadania świetne, urozmaicone, wybór pysznych serów, dużo warzyw (świeżych i konserwowych), różne słodkości. Każdy może znaleźć coś dla siebie. Personel bardzo miły, wszyscy uśmiechnięci, życzliwi. Duży plus za wygodne łóżka, wystarczająco miękkie, odpowiednie dla wymagań żony.
Dwa minusy: - w pokoju nie było klimatyzacji, jedynie wiatrak kolumnowy, dalece niewystarczający podczas czerwcowych upałów; klimatyzacja była na parterze hotelu (lobby i jadalnia) - ciężka, gruba kołdra na łóżku Z tych dwóch powodów ocena znacznie obniżona, w innej porze roku byłaby dużo wyższa.
FRMy room was the 405, I just experienced a issue with the lift and the coffee machine was a little bit old (I needed to fix it to get the coffee)

Banyo kapısı yere sürtüyor, klima yok, duşa kabin su kaçırıyor, banyoda yerler ıslanıyor. Yerler parlak mermer olduğu için çok kaygan bir yüzey oluşuyor. Elektrik düğmelerinin çoğu çalışmıyor, nerenin nereden yakıldığı belli değil. Oda temizliği yapılmış fakat çöpler alınmamış. Katlar arası küçük bir asansör var. Girişdeki cam su haznesinden dibine tortuların biriktiğini görüyorsunuz.

DEDas Personal war sehr freundlich. Ich selber hatte kein Frühstück gebucht, aber optisch sah es sehr gut aus.
Zumindest mein Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage. Stattdessen gab es einen Stehventilator, der aber bei 30°C+ Außentemperatur auf verlorenem Posten stand.

The hotel does not merit 4 stars but only 3. Old, grw clients, saving electricity so that even reception and bar are all in the dark. Staffs are not at all smiling and do not care how the customers are doing. The hotel does not appear to have a life. The first time on our life that we have seen a 4 star-hotel that does not have air-con in the room but gave a fan. It is very hot to sleep over the night there. Furnitures and electric appliances are like of years 80-90. The fridge is too tiny and not cold at all. They give only 2 small bottes of water for the entire stay of few days, no re-fill. Even shower-gel, we did not have on the first day that we stayed and had to ask for it. The breakfast costs 23€/per is too expensive, therefore, very few clients would sit there to eat. The entrance door is very heavy and there are steps, so it is not easy to get in with suitcases, but no staff bothers to help.
