Staff in all positions were amazing! Extremely friendly and polite! Best service i had in years!

The room temperature was extremely uncomfortable. There was noticeable humidity, and it felt very hot. We were unable to sleep during the night due to the unpleasant temperature conditions in the room. We couldn't switch on the AC because it was cold outside and i had a small child with me. I beleive this is the reason the had it on offer. Also, the coffee machine was very dirty.

Very comfortable hotel, overlooking the Mediterranean and set in well maintained grounds. The staff were all super helpful and ensured we were well looked after (thanks Aimee, Marcus, Vishal et al!). The breakfast was tasty with a good selection - served up in the Mosaic restaurant that looks out onto Olive trees and the sea beyond. My inland garden view room was well equipped, comfortable and very clean. Loved the Juliet balcony and my comfy bed! Do try the hotel’s Ouzeri restaurant, located down on the promenade - you’ll be glad you did!

Breakfast was lovely!

Thought the bar was expensive when we had a cocktails. Unable to sleep on first night due to noise from outside wind in room. However management found us an alternative room in the morning. Very helpful.

Really beautifully designed inside and out, breakfast was incredible, staff were super helpful, spa and gym are top notch. Loved the separate pools, heated was welcome for the baby in spring, long cold pool excellent for proper swimming. The fish restaurant outside was great. Promenade has a nice vibe. Restaurants across the road really good and great value.

Nothing really! Would be nice to have a proper beach right outside but only a few minutes walk away.
