The Marco Hotel Lake Charles

The room was spacious and clean. Although not a huge selection for breakfast, I found it adequate. The staff was friendly. I was greeted several times by the staff. This will be my "go to" hotel when I visit Lake Charles. Thank you for a great experience.

The location, inside hotel layout, and facilities.

The only criticism is that the Internet had weak signals, slow, and was unstable. Kept losing connection.

Very friendly staff, spacious rooms. Although room was not ready when we checked on, the housing staff had a made up immediately. Service was great

The location and convenience

I couldn’t adjust the volume on the tv . Had two remote controls, with the air conditioner on it was difficult.

Everything was excellent. Especially for the price. It’s very clean, excellent staff. Decent breakfast eggs, mini waffles maker (makes 4 at a time), sausage, pastries.cereal etc. Location is across the street from the civic center and downtown is in walking distance. Best stay in town for a blue collar salary.

Room had a lil stench but we lit a candle and everything was fine. Elevator door is a lil rickety in movement but it’s works well.
