No microwave in the room

The location of the property was great. The staff was friendly, It was quiet.

the rooms were not what I expected. It was hair in the tub. The towels weren’t clean had stains on them. It was strands of hair in the bed. It just needs a really good deep cleaning.

Will really the only thing I like is that the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable

I did not like that, although the room was spacious. It wasn't clean the bathtub.It should have been updated.It had just a little rust in it.But I was able to relax and take a hot bath. The hallway smells and the ice machine is very noisy until it shuts off, so I would say all in that they need to upgrade a little bit. It looks a little run down like very old furniture inside the rooms and they need to clean the carpets in the hallways. It's just one of those things where people want to make money. But not use any of that money to upgrade their facilities and they were Indian people. So it kind of had a stinky smell of Indian food. Which should not have been there. The coffee was horrible. They say they served breakfast but it was only burnt coffee. There were, you know, the continental breakfast. But it wasn't fresh. The cereal wasn't fresh as old. The utility utensils to make your pancakes were nasty. So I don't, I didn't see anybody eating there because of that. In the coffee is horrible, so they need to do some upgrading. The only thing I like the bed was comfortable and the pillows were comfortable. And the air did get cool. The odor wasn't as strong upstairs, but it really should have smelled fresher

The property was ok however the billing was appalling. Our $75 charges on our card became a $75 and a $155 Still trying to sort this out
