"Relaxing thermal baths provide a needed respite"

The thermal baths are well maintained but some of the other facilities need tlc The steam room wasn’t working - the staff at the pool were not friendly or welcoming

The staff at the pool were not attentive or welcoming - the food at the 1919 restaurant was served lukewarm and was average at best

"Amazing hotel"

Such a beautiful hotel and so unique too with the thermal pools! The country restaurant was definitely a highlight with views over the countryside and a delicious dinner, everything about the stay was perfect
