Hotel 7 Inn Paducah

We were able to park right outside our door and have our dog.

It says newly remodeled which was literally just the outside of the building being painted. The carpet was stained and nasty. The walls were disgusting the beds were super hard and the pillows were thin. The bathroom was dirty and it looked like they got the dresser out of a dumpster of a hotel going out of business as it was missing a drawer cover and looked like it had been beaten up and tossed out a window. We had originally booked 2 nights here but the first night the hotel staff lied to me telling me that booking sent over my reservation as a king bed when I booked a double and they tried telling me they don't even offer double rooms on booking cause that's for weekly guests only. I said I had the email to prove I booked a double and they tried telling me I hadn't. I called booking and when booking called they told the booking member they had just overbooked and were outta queen rooms. Why lie to me on the phone and then say something else to booking agent. The AMAZING AND KIND BOOKING AGENT canceled my first night stay and found me a different hotel and after staying for the way back home on what should have been night 2 at this hotel I was beyond thankful for the first screw up actually happened getting me a different hotel cause this one was NASTY! I wish there had been a screw up night 2 for the way back as well cause...eww.

The outside of the hotel looked a little run down but was surprised that the rooms were very nice foe the price.

Tub/shower was not clean. Everything else was good.

Good Shower, friendly staff, helped us get a room when Booking.com did not send the motel my reservation. The motel had no rooms available but found us a room. Booking.com dropped the ball on my reservation but the motel found me room.

Booking.com did not send the motel my reservation. Towels had holes in them, blanket had cigerette burns, towel bar in shower was loose, hair dryer fell off the wall.

room was pretty run down. holes in carpet. chair worn out. plaster on walls. wood chipped away. worst was bed. it was like laying on the floor. worst I’ve ever experienced.

Staff was super friendly and helpful they renovating the hotel the mattresses a bit hard the carpet and furniture could stand to be replaced but the hospitality of the staff makes up for for its short Cummings it was quilt week and every other hotel wanted $250 to $300 for a room at $99 it was an awesome bargain and we will happily go back next year

They could use softer mattresses and the furniture and carpet needs updated but the staff is so friendly and helpful matched with the price it's a real bargan
