Hotel 7 Inn Paducah

Got call-back right after confirmation for confirmation and policies. Staff friendly upon evening check-in. Room was surprisingly large, impeccably clean, and both access cards and door handle had plastic covers. New electronic locks. Hot water. Room held temperature well. Newly painted walls. Micro and mini-fridge all new. Quiet on the side away from highway. Easy access. Lots of coffee, food and shopping options within walking distance.

Tile by tub could use re-grouting.

TVs are kinda difficult to use. Also, morning staff did not show up so we had wait to check out.

I did not get the room after I paid for it. There were no workers there to let me in the hotel. I was ripped off and not refunded.

No breakfast offered nor expected. There was a warning posted in the lobby that if you locked yourself out of your room after 10:00, there would be no one on site who could/would be able to let you in until 7:00 the next morning. Major renovations are needed, but not obviously underway anywhere. Was very inexpensive and as clean as the condition of the room allowed it to be.

Dilapidated is most appropriate.

no second lock on the door and you could see out the door where you latch it like someone had broken in before. when we left to check out there was no one at the office just a note saying no one is here right now be back soon
