The breakfast was okay.

The hotel was okay enough, but the young lady who checked us in never said a word after asking my name, and was on a personal video call on her cell the whole time. She simply set the phone down on the desk, call and video still active. Aside from being rude, this is a major privacy concern for me. I’d much rather stay at a mediocre hotel where the desk clerk doesn’t put my personal and bank information at risk while she’s treating me like I interrupted her nightly tv watching. So I’ll be staying somewhere else next time.

MAN! What's with the refrigerators? I've stayed here 3 different weekends, same room twice, different one next time and the refrigerators are NOT cold nor cool. The heat when on, goes off and stays off for over a hour and a half intervals even with thermostat all the way up. Not liking that at all. No heat in bathroom at all either. Other than that, price and everything else is good.

The bathroom door was creaky, the water faucet had no power and the room had sone weird streak marks on the wall

Nothing, the room had a bad smell and there is an older white gentleman who's very rude.

We really like the location and in the past it has been a good place to stay.

This visit we arrived and in the main room the hdmi cord was missing from the TV and we had to call to have it fixed. It took about an hour for someone to show but that wasn't a big deal. The refrigerator didn't cool and was leaking all over the living room floor and the tub had a continuous drip. Once we checked out to leave we were charged an additional 2 times for the room (we paid before arrival through booking.com) and had to make several calls to correct this issue.
