"Ratchet Hotel, I can't believe I paid $123+ to stay at this dump."

Nothing really. The bed was clean surprisingly. I liked that I was able to get up early and leave as soon as possible. I liked how I was able to get a Lyft out and go to a bar instead of having to try and relax in this dump.

The shower curtain rod was busted and hanging down from the wall on both ends it was mounted. The curtains were super dusty. The floor was extremely warped and wavy. The couch had white stains on it in multiple spots. All of the lights in the room were like bight white hospital lights. The elevator was broken and the entire hotel smelled horrible, extremely musty and muggy. Overall very gross. To add, the lady at the front desk was talking to someone through an air pod in her right ear and was speaking in some foreign language the whole time she was checking me in and she would say something low in the other language and I wasn't sure if she was trying to talk to me or her friend. Just insanely unprofessional.

"It’s was horrible and will never stay there again or recommend it to anyone."

The staff Joe was very rude and said we were lying. We had received a wet blanket and asked for a dry and still received another wet blanket. When called back he said it wasn’t wet and we was lying there was nothing he could do for us. The pull out bed on the couch in room 215 was nasty. The hotel stunk. The employee’s weren’t welcoming.

The breakfast was decent

I did not like the room. It was old-fashioned, the walls was pieeling. The floor was uneven. It was like the planks underneath was moved or missing. . Peoplecwas making noise. The bed was terrible. It was hard and . It was not clean. I didn't like the way the room was made at all, so I'm not satisfied. Drawers was opening by themselves because of the uneven floor. It was not clean at all, and it did not meet my expectation. People was making noises in the hallway at 6 AM that morning singing and doing all kinds of stuff. I spent money for this and was not worth it. I want my money back.
