Comfort Suites Red Bluff near I-5

Their beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in.

During my three days day, the room was never cleaned and made up.

Good size room and clean

The staff was excellent but our room did not feel very secured. The top lock was loose and barely hanging on. They did not have a working lock for the balcony.

Breakfast was very good

If you've stayed in Comfort Inn before, you know what to expect. Clean, efficient, good bed, generally decent sized rooms, decent pricing. You will get exactly what you expect. No complaints.

The Comfort Inn breakfasts are always a little ...marginal? I'm an egg person, and their scrambled eggs make me wonder if they found some WWII rations somewhere. The rest is pretty much typical fare for the price point and competition. Hey...add some salsa...improve the scrambled eggs? But generally, the breakfast is typical.

Property in need of renovation. Leaking shower. No shampoo but two bottles of conditioner. Cannot recommend.

The smell of dog urine in our room was overwhelming. We didn't put anything on the floor and wore shoes the whole time. The soap in the bathroom had obviously not been changed in a long time. Breakfast- for some reason they put out a whole basket of brown bananas. Not just spotted, but fully brown and ready for the garbage.

A new try for us on our drive to L.A. to from Oregon. Very nice, newish and within one minute walking or 5 minutes driving to a few restaurants. The town is very historical. If we go through here again, we will look for a walking tour through town and the Victorian area community.
