This is not a four-star hotel by any measure. A good 2-star or an average 3-star is more suitable. The bathroom was renovated.

This is not a four-star hotel by any measure. A good 2-star or an average 3-star is more suitable. Some of the baked items for breakfast were as old as Siena itself. The building was fairly worn out. The bathroom was renovated, but the shower had very low pressure. It is all about expectation. I probably would be happy with this hotel if it were sold to me as a two-star hotel.
