That it was close to my event

Our phones didn't work in room glad there's was no emergency There was no extra blankets for our 3rd person had to go Walmart to buy one There was only one trash cans in the whole room There was no pen and paper in the room I had a call from a client and had to take down some information, glad my wife was there Overall not to happy

I wanted rooms on the same floor but no more were available

Some poor turndown service some days

Wife and I stayed at this location while we were in the Rockford area for a local performance. We had a king bed suite, which provided plenty of room and comfort during the afternoon before the show and the overnight stay until the next morning. Room was also nicely cleaned and well-maintained, which lent to a peaceful weekend visit. The overall hotel was very busy that weekend with various other people staying at this location. However, despite the obvious crowd, we had no issues with being promptly checked into our room (or checked out the next day). Noise level was also not a problem during the stay, which we had some initial concerns about when we saw how busy it was. Staff were polite and helpful through our somewhat limited visit. They did a great job handling everybody and everything. Nice breakfast assortment before we left in the morning, which staff did well keeping replenished. Room was reasonably priced, and a decent free breakfast was a nice bonus perk.
