Staff was rude, leak in waiting area, room was disgusting paint/blood on floor carpet torn in multiple spots blankets looked like they havent been changed since the 70s and when the roach ran across the tv stand I turned around and walked out

Front desk lady was really nice but the bed had bed bugs

My sister and I have done a lot of low budget traveling and certainly did not expect anything luxurious however, we expected cleanliness. The room was a biohazard. It smelled like cigarettes and feet, there was a film of grime over every single surface and there was what looked like mucus on one of the lamp shades. The microwave was covered in slime and smelled. The most startling was the toilet, which had multiple streaks of a brown substance, oozing down the outside of the toilet bowl on to the floor. The seat had urine on the underside and there was fecal matter splattered on the inside of the bowl. I had asked for a change of towels and an individual at the reception acted as if I requested something insane. In order to get through the stay, I bought cleaning products and cleaned the bathroom myself. I was embarrassed at work because I realized my clothing carried the odor of that room.
