Sofitel Zhengzhou International

I love this high class and comfortable hotel. I have stayed here a few times and it is excellent. During my most recent stay Alice, Sherry and all the reception staff gave me excellent service. Next time in Zhengzhou I will absolutely return.

Sehr schönes und geräumiges Zimmer (Club Level). Frühstück reichhaltig (chinesisches und kontinentales Frühstück). Die Backwaren (Muffins, Croissants, Danish Pastries, Egg Starts/Pastel de Nata) sind sehr lecker.

Der Club Millesime war unter dem Standard anderer Sofitel Hotels, insbesondere was die Getränkeauswahl betrifft(nur je eine Sorte Rot- und Weisswein, ausserdem musste dieser ausdrücklich verlangt werden / Personal spricht praktisch kein Englisch dort). Das Essen am Abend im Club war zwar für uns sehr gut und abwechslungsreich, jedoch ausschliesslich auf chinesische Gäste ausgerichtet.

This hotel has to be one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, better than hotels in the USA, Europe and the rest of Asia. The staff has been incredibly helpful and friendly, I struggled to get my credit cards to work when I checked in and somehow managed to get another card to get the payment, I recommend that you pay on booking before arrival to avoid issues with that. The young man during the night shift has been an outstanding gentleman that helped me through communicating with everyone in the hotel, I didn’t catch his name but I’d like to thank him here. The breakfast is fantastic, great options for everyone. Their coffee is also really good. I need to also mention how the facility itself is clean, organized and luxurious. If I’m back in Zhengzhou I’ll definitely be staying here again, it’s my first time in China and definitely wouldn’t be my last.

Sehr gutes Frühstück mit grosser (Buffet-)Auswahl, jedoch vor allem chinesische Speisen (die meisten Gäste sind Chinesen), darunter auch lokale Spezialitäten. Es hat jedoch auch Früchte, Joghurt, Käse und verschiedene Backwaren. Das Essen am Abend im Club Millessime ist ausschliesslich chinesisch, jedoch ebenfalls sehr gut und mit grosser Auswahl.

Die Speisen dürften jedoch wärmer sein. Ausserdem steht am Abend im Club Millessime nur ein Rot- und Weisswein zur Auswahl. Ansonsten gibt es nur wenige Softdrinks (und schon gar keine „harten“ Sachen).

装修很不错，虽然旧了点但是用料好，审美在线，房间里的椅子都很漂亮并且舒适！住起来比新装修的美式快时尚酒店感觉更好。早餐不错，夜床准备的果茶很不错，喝完感觉脾胃都舒服了。是会再次入住的酒店。

工作人员在服务客人的时候都热情友好，但是比较怠惰，会假装没看到有客人需要被服务
