L’emplacement près de l’aéroport.

Room suited my wife's disability as requested. Food was good with a reasonable choice. Courtesy shuttle to the airport worked well on leaving but not on arrival as I had to make three phone calls that were not logged and so we had a one hour wait.

The one hour wait for the airport shuttle on arrival. There seemed to be no communication between staff or log of three calls to the hotel. This needs to be looked into and improved.

Couldn’t raise anyone to open car park. Had to reverse out and enter hotel to try and find someone. Despite booking in on line the staff took forever to find the information and give me the key. The room stank of old smokers, very unpleasant ( room 228). Despite your site stating there was a mini bar, it was turned on but completely empty. Splash marks over wall facing the bed .Finally, at these prices I don’t expect to have to struggle into a bath to take a shower.

Prima kamer, heerlijke bedden.

Great location for people travelling through Merignac airport, with a regular shuttle between the airport and the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms and a good breakfast.

The bathroom was well-equipped and very clean but I was alarmed that there was no hand-rail in the shower - a risk, especially for older people like myself, as the shower tray was slippery when wet, with a 15cm step up into the shower.
