Mercure Bordeaux Aéroport

First time we stayed they failed to tell us we had been moved. We found out when we got to our room and we couldn’t get in. I am not a lover of cardboard cups, can’t see how that is more environmentally friendly than a glass and china cup. On the second cup of tea the cup almost fell apart. Their English was not great, I know we are in France but we have also stopped at many other resorts on our trip and if their English wasn’t’t good we used google translate and had a bit of a laugh. Not here, Also tried to call for taxi pick up which we were told was free as advertised on website but again due to lack of English took four attempts to get to somebody who could understand

La salle de bain sans porte, sans mur... juste a 1 mètre du lit, avec un lavabo a côté . Aucune intimité pour se laver..

Le restaurant, le croque monsieur trop cuit et immangeable

Hotel bien entretenu j’ai passé un bon séjour dans votre établissement j’ai rien à dire seulement le déjeuner manque peu des charcuteries les matins à partir de 9h15 pour les prix qu’on paye pourquoi chaque matin est toujours la même nourriture au repas chaud il serait bien de changer c’est plus équivalent !!!! Je ne suis pas déçu

De kamers zijn beetje aan de oude kant badkamer heeft renovatie nodig er was namelijk lekkage.

The hotel staff are lovely. Dinner and breakfast fabulous could not ask for more. Bedroom comfy and facilities great. Would definitely recommend a stay.
