Best Western North Bay Hotel & Conference Centre

Bathtub wasn’t cleaned. Air conditioner didn’t work in two rooms. Excellent service though.

Our bathtub was completely clogged with hair and wouldnt drain.

Overall not bad stay, the AC in the room was loud and the bed made noise when moving around.

The housekeeping service and the restaurant for breakfast, apparently without windows and surely without buffet (only specific orders "a la cárte"). Rooms are stinky, as usual with floors in moquette, sorry but it's true: just change the floor and everything will be better.

Check in hostess was very kind. This location is much better than Sudbury.

Large property ideal for dog owners. Staff were all friendly and attentive. Will definitely stay again

We can’t say enough about the staff. The staff are super friendly, professional and receptive to feedback. The room needed a thorough cleaning. Dusty, a very dirty chair and ottoman with visible stains that need cleaning and don’t convey a feeling of comfort or make you feel like you’d like to sit down. A THOROUGH vacuuming is required. There was dog food on the floor from the previous guest, I can forgive riven the carpet is brown and the kibble blends in but the carpet is quite dusty. The bathroom is old, terrible shower head and lots of hair in the bathroom. We can overlook some things but given the price point, the room was not worth it.

Breakfast was good . Nice comfortable beds

Would have preferred room closer to lobby with mobility problems was not good
