Every single staff member that we met was so kind and friendly. They were so accommodating and tried their best to fulfill any and all of our requests. They building is beautiful!

That the saunas are located in the changerooms. Unless you feel comfortable risking seeing a naked member of the opposite sex you can't share the sauna with your hetero spouse.

Lobby area was aesthetically pleasing; accessible parking good; upon booking out, the front desk agent was very pleasant.

The front office manager was not available to address the fact that an agent at the hotel had assured me in a phone call prior to booking that the hot tub & pool were operative. Upon arrival, the hot tub was out of order & the walk-in access to the pool had been blocked off. With physical limitations, I was unable to enter the pool. This is not in compliance with AODA. Instead of a full reimbursement, I was offered bonus points to be used for a complimentary free night, as a "[goodwill gesture]." Needless to say, this was insulting. There was a feeble attempt from the manager to apologize but her choice of words was disconcerting. "In terms of our pool and hot tub area, I apologize for any [confusion] surrounding their availability." "I also regret any [miscommunication] that may have occurred prior to or during your check-in." "Again, I offer my sincerest apologies for the [missteps] during your stay and truly appreciate your feedback." It would have been appreciated if the front office manager could have answered my queries & accepted accountability for the problems that my family experienced.

The shower in room 210 had no water at all.

Beds and pillows were comfy. Hotel clerk was very friendly. There were 3 weddings there that day but it was actuality nice and quiet.
