"Crappy. I need a refund because I left before 10:00 in the evening."

Nothing.

Tv wasn't on the correct input. The cable box was mounted in such a way i had to stand up and stretch my arm all the way to change the channel. The first remote had been chewed on rather aggressively and some kid in the early evening pulled the fire alarm which went off twice and when I went down to the check the girl at the front desk was yelling at other folks to go back to our rooms as the manager attempted to disable it as it was broken by the child and a dog had been barking in the room beside us up until we left early

"It was OK, the clerk was helpful."

Bed was comfortable

The facet handle in sink fell off. The room had a musty odor and we requested a different room. Luckily there was one available. No breakfast here, only coffee.

It was close to event we went to and was reasonably priced.

A side panel on the bed frame was tilted out and I nearly scratched my leg on it. We couldn't get the TV to function, our feet were black form the floor and we found someone's sock in the corner.

"Exceptional"

Great location and quiet. Conveniently located next to my favorite place for breakfast

The room didn't have a smoke alarm which I didn't notice until the following morning. The ceiling had a circle carved in it with the letter M. The main light didn't work which wasn't a big deal. The ONLY thing I would change, is having a closer plug for phone charging

"Good sleep, tired property."

Location.

Shower curtain support is sagging to allow water to flood the floor. Toilet seat doesn’t fit. Charged extra for a downstairs room so these senior citizens didn’t have to haul a bunch of heavy stuff upstairs.
