"We didn’t, we checked out immediately and booked a different hotel."

Nothing

The hallway to the room smelled terrible, there was mold in the bathroom, a large crack between the AC unit and window, the wall lamp was loose with exposed wiring, and signs of previous water damage on the ceiling that wasn’t properly treated.

The staff was very nice

The facilities was old it smelt wet like mildew the rooms were not very clean at all nor was the pool area the whole place needs a makeover and the rooms just seemed like they were wet damp and had a bad odor

The hotel is in overall good condition and clean, which is appreciated. However, it could really use a renovation. The curtains, wall colors, and furniture feel very dark and outdated, which takes away from the comfort and atmosphere of the room. It would also be great to have smart TVs with access to streaming platforms like Netflix or YouTube, as this has become a standard expectation for many travelers. With some updates in design and technology, this hotel could offer a much more enjoyable and modern experience.
