"The Hotel was very enjoyable. Very Italian!"

My experience at this hotel was very enjoyable. the hotel was fairly clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful in any troubles. the breakfast service was excellent, the internet kept drpping every 15 mins. I would stay at Key hotel again.

Friendly helpful staff. Great buffet breakfast. Easy walk to beautiful town centre. Stay here not Verona. Very comfortable bed. Quiet area.

"A good choice"

We found the Key modern, clean with pleasant staff. it has a lovely roof terrace that they do not publicise with great views to the City. While not central it is only ten minutes walk from the Teatro. One night we were disturbed by noisy guests in the room next door but that is a risk in most hotels. Good value for money.

"Great breakfast and very courteous people"

Really a great place to stay. The walk to downtown takes about 15 minutes and about 25 minutes to the train station. However, a taxi from the train station costs about 6 or 7 euros. The breakfast was fantastic. Great selection. We left before breakfast the last day and the night manager made coffee and tea for us and provided some pastries since we were going to miss the breakfast. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

"Great hotel, excellent staff."

Great little hotel with everything you need for a short stay in Vicenza. The manager could not of been more helpful and the room was fine with a large double bed. Clean and comfy. The hotel is a 10 min walk to the main old town but given the excellent value and the 5 star breakfast we did not mind this. Also nice and quiet. Top marks all round.

"Great value and friendly service"

Davide and the rest of the staff was outstanding. Breakfast was included and much better than most free breakfasts. Bus stop was about a few minutes walk. Stayed Monday to Friday and the stadium across the street presented no issues. Supermarket was very close. Clean, simple rooms. Hair dryer was in the bathroom.

"Excellent"

Room/Hotel was kept clean throughout our stay. Front desk personnel by the name of Davide, the shorter/smaller one, was very professional, pleasant, friendly and accommodating in the performance of his services. Breakfast was real good. We will definitely stay in this hotel again.
